NOTE ON MEASURING:
shaft length is brass threaded portion that must pass thru your clock face, leaving a couple of threads to mount retaining nut. (See photo)
MEASURE FOR DIAL HAND SIZE:
measure from top of #12 to bottom of #6, divide in half. This will give your approx. minute hand length.
